Capcom has revealed the latest character addition to Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. It is none other than Frank West from the zombie killer Dead Rising.
His arsenal of weapons range from baseball bats, shopping carts, zombies and of course those Servbot masks. Not sure if he has the mega man blaster though.
