Sony is bringing God of War and God Of War II to the PS3 with refinements. These improvements include 720P support, trophy support, and 60 frames per second. Of course with the added benefit of Blu-ray, both games will fit on one disc.
Price is $40 and expected to ship a few months before God of War III.
For those emulation junkies, this probably doesn’t seem all that impressive due to the fact that PCSX2 can run these games at 1080P with full scene anti-aliasing and at 60FPS.
In the coming days, a PCSX2 tutorial and possible game showcase will reveal just how to play PS2 games in full-HD.
